ELIZABETH "BIZ" EICHHOLTZ WALKER is a partner in the firm of Becker Bouwkamp Walker, PC. She received her BA from Purdue University in Political Science and her Juris Doctorate at Indiana University Robert McKinney School of Law. Since her graduation from law school, Biz has focused her practice exclusively on family law matters. Biz represents clients in relationship transitions of all types, including contested and uncontested divorce, child custody, child support, modification actions, contempt proceedings, relocations, and parenting time issues. Her practice is full-service which comprises prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, guardianship or third-party custody, adoption, juvenile paternity actions, grandparent visitation rights, family law appeals, and other family law issues. Biz is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Hamilton County Bar Association, and Boone County Bar Association. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the Family Law Certification Board, a Registered Domestic Relations Mediator, and a Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. Biz has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer in 2023 and an Indiana Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2015-2022. In 2016, she was selected as a “Leadership in Law Up & Coming Lawyer” in the Indiana Lawyer newspaper. Biz currently serves as Counsel to the Executive Board of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and previously served as Vice President to the Board in 2021-2022. She is a past board member of the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals (CIACP). Biz is an experienced trial lawyer who works hard both in the courtroom and in mediation to advance her clients’ interests. Biz serves as a private and volunteer court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem on behalf of children and is a trained parenting coordinator. Biz is married to her husband, Aaron, and enjoys spending quality time with Aaron, their daughter, and their two fur babies, Gilbert & Tuck. Her hobbies include reading, fishing, being outdoors, and cooking.
