ELIZABETH “BIZ” EICHHOLTZ WALKER is a partner at Becker Bouwkamp Walker, PC. Since graduating from law school, Biz has focused her practice exclusively on family law, and she brings both the skill of an experienced trial lawyer and the steadiness of a trusted advisor to clients navigating relationship transitions of all types.

Biz represents clients in contested and uncontested divorce, child custody and support, modification actions, contempt proceedings, relocations, and parenting time issues. Her practice is full-service and includes family law appeals, juvenile paternity actions, and other family law issues. She works hard in the courtroom and in mediation to advance her clients’ interests, serves as a private and volunteer court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) on behalf of children, and is a trained parenting coordinator.

Biz received her BA in Political Science from Purdue University and her Juris Doctorate from the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the Family Law Certification Board, a Registered Domestic Relations Mediator, and a Distinguished and Life Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. She has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer since 2023 to present, an Indiana Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2015 to 2022, and in 2016 she was selected as one of The Indiana Lawyer’s Leadership in Law “Up & Coming Lawyer” honorees. She is a member of the Indiana State, Hamilton County, and Indianapolis Bar Associations.

Biz is married to her husband, Aaron, and enjoys spending quality time with family. Her hobbies include fishing, water skiing, and being outdoors.
