THOMAS R. HARPER is a partner at Becker Bouwkamp Walker, PC with experience across the firm’s practice areas. Tom’s background spans complex litigation, business transactions, health law and HIPAA, and general practice.

Tom has practiced extensively before courts throughout the state of Indiana. His depth of experience in litigation, transactional law, and consulting positions him to represent clients in domestic relations and family law, business litigation, and general litigation. He has lectured on litigation, HIPAA, and health law, among other topics.

Tom received his BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He has been a registered mediator and Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), a premier professional credential provided by the Health Care Compliance Association. He is a member of the Indiana State, Hamilton County, and Indianapolis Bar Associations.

Tom has served as a board member and past president of the Autism Society of Indiana, and as a board member of the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce and the Binford Redevelopment and Growth (BRAG) community organization.
